There are many in my family who love to cook...and most of the recipes are simple, easy on the budget and items that are readily available in the supermarket.

All recipes are free and if you would be kind enough to leave some feedback as to how the recipe worked for you ~ if you and/or your family liked it ~ and if you have any suggestions ~ I would appreciate it.

Mind you ~ many recipes were told to me because they didn't write it down.  So, the 'mess of something' ~ 'a pinch of that' ~ grab a handful of this ~ and 'if it feels like this' was common.  I did my best to give you some idea of how to incorporate the correct measurements ~ but sometimes you just have to "do it" and know what it is your family likes.

Baking was another story.  To make bread is actually very simple and as long as you have yeast, flour and water ~ you are set to go.  Baking cakes, cookies and other items is a bit more tricky because of the chemical reaction of salt/sugar/baking soda or baking powder is critical to the texture, taste and the ability to rise.
